I've been using them for the past two years. They are very reliable host. I don't have dedicated server account , but VPS. And I used shared before. server is running smoothly, support is great, they responded in less than two hours each time I requested help. Regarding lack of reviews you mentinoned, try visiting webhostingtalk forum. I've been considering buying server form eboundhost, but I cannot find any decent review on their dedi service. I have found some reviews on eboundhost but they're all focused on shared hosting.
