Just moved few weeks ago to bluehost after using hostgator for the past few years. for now I'm satisfied. I've talked to sales support before signing and they were very helpful and polite. i also talked to tech support while configuring my website and they were also very helpful. I needed help with druapl installation. It means a lot to me since I'm not an experienced webmaster. i am aware that there are cheaper hosts with almost the same specs, but I don't belive that price should be main factor when choosing.
