Justhost's fame in the market is well-deserved
I have been hosting with Justhost for a couple of months. Before
buying hosting solution from them, literary I was looking into the
hosting review sites, and interestingly in most of the review sites I
found Justhost is ranking among the top 5 in terms of both quality and
price. Their plus is unbelievable fast customer support, if I did not
buy any hosting plan from Justhost I would have never believed how
customer-friendly a support team can be and certainly this is one of
the key parameters of a top rated webhost.

Big fan of Justhost
I'm big fan of them. Those who say that they are horrible could at least say why. @Nicole?? I don't know about their cancellation fee and refunds because signed up with them and never thought of cancelling, what I can say from my personal experience is the following:
Price: $3.45. Cheaper than that would be free.
Features: There are some unlimited features, but almost any host is offering "unlimited" stuff. Not important. Important : cPanel - the best control panel, one click install Joomla, Wordpress and some other apps, SSL server, OS Commerce, aAgora shopping cart, FTP access, site builders, advertising credit - over $100 (who wouldn't use this)...
Reliability: I'm using them for more than a year. I didn't notice any downtime or performance problems or hacking intruders. My site is build in WordPress and loads pretty fast.
Support: If you need great support, sign up for JustHost. Every my question directed at support center was answered promptly and kindly. The guys at technical support are very professional.
Overall: If you want the best, just choose JustHost

Is Justhost a good company?
I always read reviews of any service before signing up. Now I consider opening account at JustHost because they seems like a perfect choice to me, but what looks perfect might not be so in the reality. I found a lot of positive reviews about them but I wonder can I trust them? In this self publishing age it is always easier to believe negative than positive reviews. I found few negative user reviews, one that tackled me was about cancellation fee $20. They have any time money back guarantee + cancellation fee? That doesn't seems quit fair. Did anyone here had any experience with JustHost's cancellation and money refund?
