problems with powweb
If you need host account for serious website like ecommerce store I wouldn't reccomend powweb. They are very unrteliable host with constant downitems and bad support. I moved my website this year from theirt servers to InMotion. I'm so glad I did that.
servers go down
Their servers go down often. I am will not use this company again. Support say we cannot help you with that. Where's the support? I ask for refund. Did I get it? NO. Stay away!!!
quite reliable
Powweb my webhost for more than 2 years now and they proven themselves quite reliable. I always experience great tech support - very knowledgeable and responsive US based support. Beside customer support on their site you can find community forum, faq and knowledge base and external links to useful resources. They use load balanced servers and that's essential in shared hosting so sites perform well during peak traffic times. They also offer %50 adwords credit when you sign up, but you can actually use it only if you're new adwords customer. That's not related to powweb, it's like that with every adwords credit. I'm glad I found powweb.
Fraudsters
Before you sign up for powweb read this: They set up my account after more than 20 hours after my payment. That's incredible slow. They responses to support tickets are also slow - more than 1 hour.
There is no unlimited storage, they only advertise it but you won't receive it. If you start using over 10gb you'll receive notice saying you exceeded your space. Fraudsters! And lastly, downtimes are normal when you host with powweb.
