constant downtimes
I don't understand people who give good reviews to this company. I used them in the past and moved away because of constant downtimes and a lack of proper support. I guess many people consider price as important factor when buying hosting. Well, that's wrong. If you're serious about your website, be prepared to pay decent bucks for hosting.

Price: Awesome. The lowest I found if you don't mind long term contract
Support: Good. I had only one issue that was smoothly resloved
Speed: Not so good. I takes 10 sec to load my joomla frontpage, the same was loading at my previous host for 8 sec. I don't like that.
Downtimes: So far not a single one
Available software: there is everything I need, be sure to check that before you choose any host.
Overall: If they are just a bit faster I would give them overall 5, but since I'm not trully satisfied I'll rate them with 4.

I had some expectations from them too. I was dissapointed with site building tool offered. Not very useful. Poor templates.
My experience with WHP
I hosted my sites at webhostingpad after reading positive reviews at some forums. Some of my expectations come true some didn't. Price is great, there is no discussion about that. Tech support is also great, they are very helpful, especially the last guy I was talking to, I think his name is Alex. The software offered is also great. I was a little disappointed with stability. Server was down two times in just three months. But I guess that's what you get when you host with low priced budget host. I don't think I'll change them, yet.
You get what you pay for
It is one of the cheapest hosting services available. And you got what you pay for. Terrible support. I called them with some PHP installation questions and they had no clue what I'm talking about. I cannot recommend it. Stay away!

I have experienced few downtimes. The largest was about 15 minutes.
Professional Web Host
They are very professional web host, with great uptime (I experienced no downtime), excellent support and reasonable price. I would recommend them to everyone. And they have very simple offer - only one plan. I like that.
