Overall - good choice
Support is excellent at AvaHost. Their VPS plans are a bit thin, but the price is low. Overall - good choice.
vps3 plan
I am using their vps3 plan with 384MB guaranteed and 768MB burstable RAM. I use it for 4 websites. I'm totally satisfied for now. After signing up with them I saw that there are some other hosts offering almost the same specs for lower price, but I'm glad I went with avahost. Server is really fast. Support is even faster. After submitting ticket you'll receive help almost instantaneously.
AvaHost shared plan
I don't know about their VPS hosting, I had shared plan. I used to recommend them, but not any more. Everything work great in the beginning, but after first year passed, something went wrong and I changed them because often downtimes and terrible support.
