More RAM - more money
Pandela offers pretty low price - $17 for virtual dedicated server. But for $17 you'll get 256MB RAM only. Serious website we'll eat that up easily. To have 1024MB RAM on Linux you'll pay $54. That's plan I'm using. What was important to me was full root access and no overselling.
